Mike Brown

Mike is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cunningham, Swan, Carty, Little & Bonham LLP in Kingston. He advises clients on a variety of complex business transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchase transactions, and capital raising by way of debt and equity financing. As part of his practice, he also advises clients on a broad range of general corporate and commercial matters including corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements and risk mitigation in commercial contracts.
