Charles William Walters is counsel with the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee, Southwest Region. Charlie is a graduate of Western University and Windsor Law School. He has practiced in London since his call to the bar in 1991. Charlie was in private practice at Siskinds from 1991 to 1999, at Scott Petrie from 1999 to 2010, and has been full time counsel at the PGT since 2010. In private practice, Charlie focused on estate planning and administration, estate litigation, passing of accounts, and capacity litigation. As PGT counsel, he provides legal advice to PGT client representatives on all legal matters affecting incapable clients under the PGT. In addition, Charlie frequently appears in court on litigation guardian/legal representative matters.
