Keith MacLaren has been an Ottawa litigation and bankruptcy lawyer for almost 30 years. With deep experience in commercial law, bankruptcy and insolvency law, construction law and libel and slander, Keith is a trusted, known and reassuring presence at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP. A life-long learner, Keith augmented his legal education with continuing education courses at Harvard University and professional activities that include lecturing and teaching law to students at the graduate level.

Sarah Saad

Sarah graduated from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005. Her practice at Rasmussen Starr Ruddy concentrates on corporate and commercial work including advising clients on:

  • many corporate areas including incorporations and re-organizations, shareholders´ rights and remedies, financing and commercial real estate;
  • purchases and sales of businesses, assets and shares, secured transactions, franchising, and leasing;
