Preparing for & Conducting Cross-Examinations

Paula Puddy, HBA LLB MBA

The Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia brings you this presentation by Matthew Nathanson, entitled the "phases of litigation in a modernized court system: preparing for and conducting cross-examinations".

Matthew Nathanson is a criminal defense lawyer practicing in downtown Vancouver, and also an adept cross-examiner.

Matthew Nathanson explains how a witness examination should be prepared and conducted.
