How often do we slow down and communicate with ourselves and focus on our self awareness?

A 2017 article in the Globe and Mail referenced a Canadian research study that suggests lawyers are more likely to experience mental health struggles the more successful they are in their field. How awful. Furthermore, our self expectations may be holding us back from happiness and success.

In this Advocacy Club video, the presenters provide mindfulness and wellness strategies for lawyers in small (.1 docketed hour) increments! They also address those "high" self expectations by asking you to consider whether they are realistic? Are they self-imposed rather than required? Finally, how can those self-expectations be turned into aspirations?
