Matt Reardo presents a real estate refresher; ensuring you stay up to date on essential procedures and requirements when making land titles applications for absolute title. Matt Reardo discusses what an application for absolute title is, and how to make applications for absolute title. He gives useful advice on avoiding delays when making an application, and explains the process step-by-step, while putting emphasis on acting as early as possible.
