This County of Carleton Law Association (CCLA) program has three parts. Watch as David Frenkel,  Yunjae Kim, Phil Augustine, and Nicole Mason share their expertise.

First, Yunjae Kim and David Frenkel highlight how the date of separation affects asset and liability valuation in Family Law. The presenters examine recent cases, and provide a separation date assessment guide with a checklist of persuasive evidence types. 

Phil Augustine and Nicole Mason give a comprehensive overview of income determination for spousal support, including attributing corporate income and determining limits based on pre-tax corporate income, and current assets and liabilities.

Lastly, Mary Cybulski and Jenny Johnston discuss how internet services can simplify legal work. The pair provide online property ownership and tax litigation investigation tools, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency resources. Mary Cybulski and Jenny Johnston also explain how to find reputable sources, utilize internet archives, and much more.
