The Toronto Lawyers Association brings you this excellent seminar discussion presented by two powerhouses in the legal profession, the current Chief Justice of Ontario George Strathy, and the former Supreme Court of Canada Justice Ian Binnie. The Justices, in this TLA program, discuss their lives and careers, while asking each other questions.
Both speakers are past recipients of the TLA Award of Distinction. Long before they donned judicial robes, they were good friends. Justice Ian Binnie, and Justice George Strathy took similar career paths; they both attended law school at the University of Toronto, and then articled at MacKinnon McTaggart.
During their friendly chat, they answer the audience’s questions, and provide many tips for both young and experienced lawyers to implement within their practice. Tune into this very special program to gain first hand knowledge from two legal veterans.
