John Goudy

John Goudy is a litigator whose practice is focused on land ownership issues, encompassing commercial, real estate, and environmental litigation, expropriation law, energy regulation, and regulatory offences. He is particularly interested in agriculture and the regulation of agricultural land use. He lives and works on his family’s cash crop farm north of London, Ontario with his wife and children.

Anand Srivastava

Anand Srivastava, J.D., B.Sc. (Hons.) is an Associate lawyer at Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers LLP. Anand’s practice focuses on environmental legal advice and environmental litigation. With prior education and experience in environmental toxicology, Anand assists clients to facilitate practical solutions to complex environmental legal issues. Anand works with a wide variety of clients on issues relating to contaminated sites, environmental due diligence, exposure to environmental risks and liabilities, and regulatory compliance. Anand’s objective is always to help his clients understand and avoid corporate and personal environmental liabilities including civil claims, regulatory orders, regulatory prosecutions. Anand regularly appears before the Courts and administrative tribunals. Anand prosecutes and defends environmental civil lawsuits. Similarly, Anand also defends clients against environmental regulatory prosecutions and/or appeals regulatory orders to the Environmental Review Tribunal. Jacquelyn Stevens

Jacquelyn Stevens, B.Sc. (Hons.), M.Sc., M.S.E.L., LL.B., is a partner and Certified Specialist in Environmental Law by the Law Society of Ontario at Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers LLP. Jacquie has significant expertise representing a wide range of clients in environmental civil litigation, defence of prosecutions by environmental regulators, and at administrative appeals and hearings. Jacquie also provides effective advice and solutions for environmental due diligence and compliance, brownfields/contaminated site remediation, and environmental approvals for air, odour, noise and waste. Jacquie appears before the Courts and administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. Jacquie advises on cross-boundary migration of contamination and remediation options during civil litigation and has significant expertise litigating contamination issues at dry cleaning operations and gas stations. Jacquie defends clients against quasi-criminal environmental prosecutions by regulatory authorities and appeals regulatory orders and approvals. Jacquie is the President of the Women’s Law Association of Ontario. Jacquie is called to the bar in Alberta and Ontario.

Matthew Wilson

Matthew Wilson is a real estate and business lawyer, focusing on commercial and complex real estate transactions, land use planning and development and mortgage financing. Matthew obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University in London, Ontario, having attended the affiliated King’s University College. He also obtained his law degree from Western.

A proud Londoner, Matthew believes in being involved in the community, volunteering with organizations such as Western University and London Health Sciences Centre. Matthew was recognized by Business London Magazine as one of London’s Top 20 Under 40 in 2013, was awarded King’s University College’s Young Alumni Award in 2016, and in 2017 was selected to participate in the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference.
