Polyamorous Relationships in Family Law maps how non-traditional family structures interact with existing statutes. It clarifies terminology, flags where current definitions limit recognition beyond two parents, and outlines practical issues in decision-making, support, property, contracts, adoption, and benefits. Takeaways focus on clear agreements, careful conflict checks, and child-centered planning.

A Primer on Retroactive Support and Support Arrears explains the difference between retroactive support and arrears, the typical factors courts weigh, and how disclosure, notice, and party conduct affect outcomes. It covers enforcement options and offers practice tips on early disclosure, precise pleadings, and realistic payment structures.
