Natasha Persaud is a human rights and employment lawyer, investigator, mediator, and speaker with nearly 20 years of experience advising individuals and organizations on workplace and human rights matters. As a Partner at Formative Law, she supports public and private sector organizations through workplace investigations, conflict resolution processes, and training initiatives. Her practice focuses on discrimination, harassment, sexual violence, and abuses of power, with particular expertise in conducting complex investigations for post-secondary institutions, sport organizations, and non-profit organizations. Since 2018, Natasha has served as a Discrimination and Harassment Counsel (DHC) with the Law Society of Ontario, providing confidential information and support to individuals who experience or witness discrimination and harassment within the legal profession.
