Corporate Transactions - Drafting to Minimize Litigation Risks. Part Two

This program will address key areas in corporate documents which give rise to litigation risks, and tips on how to draft to minimize these risks. The presentation will be based on errors frequently encountered by commercial litigators retained in disputes arising from corporate transactions.
