Luke Kilroy

Luke Kilroy is an associate lawyer at Legate Injury Lawyers in London, Ontario. Luke completed his law degree at Western University in 2020 and was called to the bar in Ontario in 2021. Before law school, Luke obtained a Biomedical Engineering degree from the University of Guelph and worked as a medical device designer for several years before transitioning into law. Luke has been with Legate Injury Lawyers since 2021 and his practice is primarily comprised of medical negligence and motor vehicle claims.

 

Sabrina Lombardi

Sabrina Lombardi has a BA (Hons.), Political Science and Film Studies, Western University Canada (2001) and an LLB, University of Windsor (2005). She was called to the bar in 2006. Sabrina is a partner in the class action litigation group at McKenzie Lake Lawyers. Since 2006, her practice has focused on complex litigation, including class actions, multi-party litigation and mass torts involving products liability, consumer protection and social justice issues. Sabrina has significant experience prosecuting a variety of both domestic and multi jurisdictional class actions including cases against the pharmaceutical, medical device, and auto industries. Sabrina has appeared at various levels of Court, in numerous jurisdictions across Canada and has assisted in international cases. In addition to her practice, Sabrina is a contributing author to the Butterworths’ Class Law and Practice – a seminal text on class action law in Canada and has written and presented on class action-related topics. Sabrina is a member of the Advocates Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100. Outside of her practice, Sabrina is committed to the preservation and promotion of arts and culture, having served as both chair and as a member of various boards of directors of local not-for-profit organizations.
