Shayna A. Beeksma is the founder and principal of Beeksma Law. She received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. Regularly appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and having successfully argued cases before the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal, Shayna is a strategic, creative and effective advocate.  A passionate innovator and entrepreneur, Shayna specializes in estates, corporate, commercial and real estate law.  Her office is almost entirely paperless and she relies heavily on artificial intelligence (“AI”).
