Phases of Litigation in a Modernized Court System: Closing the Deal: Leveraging Litigation to Maximize Settlements

Candace Cho is the founder and co-shareholder of Onyx Law Group, a boutique estate    and family law firm in downtown Vancouver. Candace practices exclusively in estate litigation and has primarily a plaintiffs practice, advancing claims in wills variation, resulting trust, unjust enrichment, and the attacking of the validity of wills and trusts. She is on the Board of Governors of TLABC, and a member of the TLABC Women Lawyers Committee and the Verdict Editorial Committee. She is a former board member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (FACL). Outside of practicing law, Candace is the co-founder of Uno a Uno, an educational charity in Ecuador, and an avid traveler and foodie.
