It stresses anticipating the “second read,” using bullets and brief summaries to surface tasks and timelines, acknowledging receipt quickly, and closing loops with complete follow-ups to build reliability. It advises switching to calls when matters are complex, sensitive, or stuck in back-and-forth, then capturing decisions in a short email to preserve a record. Attendees leave with practical techniques to reduce rework, move files faster, and strengthen client trust.
