Karen Perron is a Partner in the Ottawa office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and encompasses banking litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation and directors’ and officers’ liability. She is fully bilingual and has appeared before numerous courts in Ontario including in complex commercial disputes before the Commercial List sittings in Toronto. Karen regularly volunteers at Pro Bono Ontario’s Law Help Centre in the Ottawa courthouse. She also enjoys being active in the legal community, including in her role as the 2nd Vice-President of the Ontario Bar Association.
