Natalie Foley

Natalie Foley joined Acheson Sweeney Foley Sahota LLP in 2001 and became a partner in 2010. Practicing exclusively in personal injury, she is a passionate and experienced lawyer, representing plaintiffs against insurance companies, government bodies and hospitals.

Natalie’s practice is focused on catastrophic injury claims in adults and children – injuries that are typically neurological and orthopaedic, with psychological symptoms. She has been counsel on over one hundred acquired brain injury cases to date. Many of these cases have entailed lengthy and complex personal injury trials and mediations throughout the province. Natalie has also been counsel on numerous medical malpractice cases against physicians and hospitals.
