Repudiation of Employment Contracts explores how conduct by either party can demonstrate an intention not to be bound by an employment agreement. The discussion reviews key case law and principles defining when such actions amount to a fundamental breach, highlighting how these findings affect termination rights, damage awards, and post-employment obligations.

Discipline for Off-Duty Political Speech: Reconciling Freedom of Expression with Employer Reputational Concerns considers the extent to which employees can be disciplined for political views or activities outside of work. The analysis balances constitutional and common law protections with employers’ legitimate interests, outlining when off-duty expression creates a sufficient connection to the workplace to justify disciplinary action.
