Jacob Murad helps retiring lawyers navigate every aspect of selling a practice, guiding them through organizing financial records, optimizing corporate structures and making the mindset shift for retirement. Audience members learn to value their firms using book value analysis, discounted cash flow and market multiples and to identify potential buyers such as associates, family members or external brokers.
