Andrew F. Camman is a partner at the firm of Polishuk Camman & Steele and counsel to the Toronto firm Pace Law firm for whom he performs trial work. He received his law degree at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Bar in 1985 and has practiced primarily in the area of labour and employment law. Andrew has been a lecturer at the Bar Admission course in London as well as at the Faculty of Law, University of Western Ontario and the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto.
He has conducted contract negotiations and has appeared all levels of the judicial system, at numerous mediations, arbitrations, and Labour Relations Board hearings. Andrew is knowledgeable in the areas of Occupational Health and Safety, Worker’s Compensation, Pay Equity and Wrongful Dismissal, to name a few. His practice includes creating job evaluation manuals, corporate compensation plans, employment contracts and Health and Safety Plans.
Ron has practiced criminal law since 2006. Prior to that, Ron practiced civil litigation, including the prosecution and defence of professional negligence claims, at the law firm of Harrison Pensa LLP in London. Ron has extensive trial experience – appearing at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. Prior to returning to London in 2003, Ron was a professional educator in Calgary Alberta and served as Director of Student Legal Assistance at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law.
Louise M. Mimnagh exclusively practises in all areas of family law, and is a partner at Trieu Mimnagh Buac LLP Family Law in London, Ontario. Louise is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, and she completed her M.A. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (Ottawa), and her B.A. (Hons) Specialization in Social Justice & Peace and a minor in Gender, Sexuality and Culture at King's University College at the University of Western Ontario (London).
Louise values sharing her legal expertise and tackling intricate legal issues. Louise is the Co-President of the Middlesex Family Lawyers Association (MFLA), a part-time Professor at Fanshawe College, author numerous academic papers, and a regular guest lecturer and chair for family law conferences and legal events. Louise is also in the process of becoming an accredited family law mediator.
Louise spends her spare time staying active, indulging in her love of cooking and gardening, following politics, and volunteering with Growing Chefs! Ontario.
