26th Annual MLA Straight from the Bench Conference

This panel discussion examines practical trial advocacy through preparation, case theory, pre-trial planning, trial management conferences, joint document briefs, courtroom technology, Case Center, jury communication, demonstrative aids, civility, and the effective use of trial teams. The discussion is practice-focused rather than centred on new case law developments, with practical takeaways on preparing witnesses, streamlining evidence, managing exhibits, anticipating motions, using second chair effectively, and helping judges and juries understand the case clearly and efficiently.
