They formed the Vancouver firm Mortimer & Rose in 1989. Jeff received his QC in 2006 and in 2011 was recognized with CLE’s Leader in Learning Award. He has chaired and contributed to many CLE conferences, been an editor of the B.C. Family Practice Manual and Family Law Sourcebook and spoken on family law issues at CBA Conferences.
KimberleySanterre was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2011. Her practice is focused in the area of family law. Prior to joining Jenkins Marzban Logan LLP in August 2013, Kimberley articled and practiced in civil and commercial litigation at a boutique litigation firm in Kelowna, B.C. Kimberley has appeared at both levels of trial court in British Columbia and before various administrative tribunals. She has also appeared as counsel in mediations and judicial settlement conferences. Kimberley is involved in the Trial Lawyers Association of B.C. She has been a member of the Canadian Bar Association and is currently a member of the executive committee for the Family Law (Vancouver) and the Young Lawyers (Lower Mainland) sections.
