Rob Danter

Rob is an associate in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Group at Harrison Pensa LLP.  He represents institutional creditors, debtors, trustees, and receivers in commercial bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, contract disputes, and the enforcement of security.

Rob was raised in London, ON, and earned his undergraduate degree Classical Studies at the University of Western Ontario, as well as a Masters in Roman Archaeology at the University of Leicester, in the UK. Rob worked in Ontario Archaeology for several years before returning to school and receiving his JD from Western Law in 2015.

Jory Garibaldi

Jory Garibaldi is a partner at Harrison Pensa LLP in the personal injury group. She was called to the bar in 2018 and has practiced in all aspects of plaintiffside litigation since that time. Since 2024, she has been selected by her peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers™ Ones to Watch in Canada, and in 2024 she received the Emerging Leaders in Law Alumni Award from Windsor Law where she earned her JD. Jory’s leadership within Harrison Pensa includes her current role as chair of the Student Committee. Through this mentorship role, she works with the firm and students to ensure students are provided meaningful opportunities to develop their selfconfidence, judgment, and practical legal skills.

Outside of her practice Jory has competed as an athlete and coach; experiences that inform her disciplined team approach to advocacy, preparation and mentorship with the profession. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, being the fun auntie to her eleven nieces and nephews, and spending time in nature with her dog

Associate Justice Sherry Kettle

Associate Justice Sherry Kettle was called to the Ontario bar in 2007 after completing a judicial clerkship with the Superior Court of Justice in the Southwest Region. She was a partner at the London office of a national law firm, Miller Thomson LLP, where she focused on bankruptcy and insolvency matters, as well as commercial, environmental and civil litigation. Her practice included appearances before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, the Commercial List and bankruptcy courts. Associate Justice Kettle was included in the 2021 to 2023 editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada for insolvency and financial restructuring law.

Prior to law, Associate Justice Kettle earned a degree in Honors Business Administration from Western University’s Ivey Business School and worked for six years at KPMG as a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Associate Justice Kettle has been an active member of her community. Among other things, she acted as a volunteer judge for moot court competitions at Western University’s Faculty of Law and spent decades recruiting and mentoring law students, helping to guide the next generation of lawyers. In addition, she has spoken at numerous legal conferences and contributed published articles on various legal topics.

Dara Lambe

Dara Lambe is a Partner at Lerners LLP.  She has practiced since 2004 after completing a summer student position and articling position there. 

She specializes in the areas of Insurance Defence, Health Law, and Professional Regulation.  She has appeared before numerous tribunals and has represented her client’s interests in trials and appeals. 

Originally from Newfoundland, Dara loves to spend her free time travelling with her family.
