It contains guidance on how to effectively manage cash flow, and how to save for tax installments. Different types of personal insurance plans are discussed, and recommendations on appropriate riders are presented. The different ways to save for a child's education are examined, and an example of an education projection is given. In addition, the retirement planning process is discussed, along with an example of the application of this process.

The talk then goes on to look at strategies to maximize estate values, and also talks about ways to creditor protect assets. Overall, this talk gives an understandable overview of the main issues facing Canadian Lawyers today.
