Vincenzo Rondinelli, LL.B (Osgoode), LL.M (Osgoode), is a criminal defence lawyer in Toronto. He has appeared at all levels of the courts including the Supreme Court of Canada and argues appeals regularly before the Ontario Court of Appeal. He joined the adjunct faculty at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003 and is currently co-director of the Criminal Intensive Program and co-instructor in the Forensic Science & the Law course. He is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Criminal Law and recently had a book published by LexisNexis along with James Stribopoulos and Steven Penney – Criminal Procedure in Canada.
