Carolyn Butler

Carolyn Butler is the Managing Director of International Fiduciaries Limited and has three decades of experience in the financial services industry, including more than 25 years in Hong Kong. She specializes in wealth management and preservation, with extensive expertise in structuring, administration, and compliance for complex corporate, family office, and individual situations involving assets and beneficiaries across multiple jurisdictions. 

She is a past Chair of the Hong Kong Trustees’ Association (HKTA) and continues to serve on its executive board. A fellow of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Business degree, an MBA, and a Master of Business Law. She also lectures in Hong Kong on trusts, foundations, succession planning vehicles, and compliance for various industry programs.
