Ronan Blake is the founder of RPB Family Law and dedicates his practice to exclusively family law matters to be able to best serve his clients’ needs. Julia Dales is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Labour group at Dentons Canada LLP. She represents employers in a wide range of workplace disputes, including wrongful dismissal claims, human rights matters, and other employment-related litigation. In addition to her litigation practice, Julia advises clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, including drafting and reviewing key workplace documents such as employment agreements, termination packages, commission plans, and employer policies
