A former executive with more than 25 years of HR experience and an internationally certified coach specializing in team and leader development.

The workplace is changing, and Wendy helps business leaders’ change with it. 

Wendy is an International, Certified Professional Coach (CPCC) and one of the first coaches in Canada to obtain her Certification in Neuro Transformational Coaching (CNTC) through BEAbove Leadership.  She specializes in coaching high potential, emerging leaders and teams in all sectors. 

Wendy has a proven track record in:

  • Leadership and team development
  • mergers and acquisitions
  • employee relations
  • and training.

She is also well versed in the development of human resource policy. As a member of an executive team at a high-growth technology company, she implemented a leadership development program and recruitment and retention strategy to attract and retain key employees.

Wendy’s experience spans a broad range of sectors including business, health care, higher education, high tech, professional services, manufacturing, not-for-profit and social service organizations.

Giving Back

Wendy believes in the importance of actively contributing to her community, volunteering at both the grassroots and board levels. For the past 15 years she has been part of the selection process for medical students at Western University. She has also served meals as part of an "Out of the Cold" program for the homeless and facilitated the Economics section of Junior Achievement's "Staying in School" program. She also instructs various leadership courses at Fanshawe College and at Western University.
