Estates
Alaina graduated from Carleton University with her Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2003. She then went on to Queen’s University where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2006. In the summer of 2006, Alaina joined Low, Murchison LLP as an articling student, where she is currently an Associate. Alaina went on to obtain her Masters of Laws Specializing in Tax Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013. Alaina’s practice areas include a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on corporate re-organizations, and professional corporations. In addition Alaina services her clients, both individuals and corporations, by providing estate planning and estate administration services, as well as real estate. Alaina is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, County of Carleton Law Association, and STEP Canada (Student Member).
Diana joined Mann Lawyers LLP in 2018 and practices in the areas of wills and estate planning and administration as well as residential and commercial real estate. Originally from Barrie, Ontario, Diana completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at McMaster University in psychology and went on to complete two law degrees at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Law. Diana was called to the bar in 2014, and prior to joining Mann Lawyers she articled and practiced in Hamilton, Ontario. During her schooling, she participated in various extra-circulars activities and was a member of both McMaster University and Windsor University’s Women’s Varsity Soccer teams. In addition to practicing law, Diana enjoys the outdoors, is an avid baker and travels any chance she gets.
