Kevin Graham has practised in the areas of intellectual property litigation and industrial design, trademark and patent prosecution for over 15 years.

Kevin's litigation practice spans all areas of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, and industrial designs, as well as related contractual and competition law issues. Kevin has in-depth experience advising on IP litigation strategies, negotiating settlements, conducting discoveries, evidence preparation, cross-examinations and preparing persuasive written and oral arguments before trial and appellate courts.  Kevin also has experience in arbitration proceedings and other forms of alternative dispute resolution processes.

Kevin has successfully represented clients as counsel before the Patent Appeal Board, Trademarks Opposition Board, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, Ontario Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Nova Scotia Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Kevin advises small and large clients, including local, national and multinational corporations in a variety of industries and government agencies, on intellectual property procurement, management, licensing and enforcement issues.
